Holiday cookfest

First the empty kitchen table. I hope to have it filled with pies tonight.I grow my own jalapenos and then freeze them in a Ziploc bag. When I want one I let it set for a few minutes in cold water so I can get the knife into it and then use it for my Pica De Gallo and Apple Salsa. Again I love my little cutter. I would stand in a store all day to promote this little thing. It's awesome. I use Sea Salt in everything. I like it cause it's coarser.

Pica De Gallo- got it from the Pioneer Woman, Organic tomatoes, Organic Cilantro (my favorite herb) Organic or homegrown jalapenos and onion with a dash of Sea Salt and a quirt of lime juice. I cook fresh cranberries with sugar and then made cranberry salad. I added walnuts, mandarin oranges, apple and raspberry Jello with the cooked cranberries. It will probably taste like shit but oh well, it looks good.

I also made sausage dip but my pictures look..well..gross so I'll just tell you.
1 roll of Bob Evans sausage (white package)
1 bar cream cheese
1 can of Rotel Red and Green chilies (juice and all)
Mix it all up and serve with chips. If ya need more just double..yummo.
Okay now off to infuse fresh cranberries with Vodka..oh yeah and make pies, cheese ball and anything else I can get done tonight..See ya in a bit.
