Friday Night Dance Party

We got this American Idol dance mat for a birthday gift for the one monster. We were playing Pictionary when the wind blew the wrong way and everyone got in the mood for someDANCIN' We hooked up an Ipod cause the lame music that came with it wasn't gettin it. Still the music wasn't Prince, Jungle Love, DaBut so I had some trouble movin with it. I wanted so bad for a break out of Robb Base..."It take two" or Salt n Pepa ..."Word Up" Now that was some dancin music. ... Those were the days. I love the 80's and always will. Look at the D's clentch fist. He is really into this. The only problem was he couldn't keep his right foot in the middle.. he kept stepping on the right arrow.

Mental note to all thinking about buying a dance mat.. Buy the double cause everyone wants their turns and it would have been a fight if only one could go at a time.. Also when there are two of you making a fool of yourself it's a little easier to choke down.

I have to say these nights, staying home, playing games with the kids and a few strays and seeing them smile and having fun are the best. We all had a good time. I wish every night could be like that.

NOW TELL ME WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR FAVORITE DANCE SONGS. I WANT TO HERE. I MAY EVEN SHOW YOU SOME PICS OF ME GETTING DOWN...JUST KIDDIN. THOSE ARE STAYING IN THE FAMILY FILE. ONE THING I DO KNOW IS THAT I CAN DANCE BETTER THAN MY NEW BFF..
