Go for it...

This is my son, D Addison.. I love him to death. He is racing in his first motorcross race on Sunday.
I can't wait to see him. I have waited a long time for this day.
This is him practicing on his dad's bike.
He saved and helped buy a new Yamaha YZ250F
Who will be more nervous? Him or me...? MEEEEE
I have been ready for this day since he got his first quad (battery operated) at age 1.. Then he moved up to a real quad. He came in one day and announced that he wrecked into the fence when the brake stuck..Hmmm? I didn't have the nerve to ask him how that worked so I just went with his story. The question is should he have been on a bike when he didn't even know the difference between the brake and the gas.. well now how else would he learn.. He did have a nasty looking bruise but that's part of being a boy with a dream to race one day.. And in 3 days that dream will come true and I can't wait.
I will have pictures but don't let him know cause he has informed me not to make a production of this and just watch.. If I had my way I would be holding up signs and screaming..Okay, I will still scream.. I will update my twitter if my hands aren't shaking too bad.

Thanks for visiting my site. Great pictures bye the way!! Hope your son does well in his first race.
I have chatted with a couple of people from different small towns in Ohio! I live near Waynesville. If you like antiques or Sauerkraut you have probably been here at one time or another!
Take care and thanks again!!

Love the silhouete. Especially the second one with the other colors. The song playing "hope you will dance" I gave to my son when he was about 18. Then my daughter later, when she was also going through a rough time. It says so much we want to say to our children. Both of them are doing great now.
